HOW DO I SEND MY MEASUREMENTS?

Your dress is tailored to your specific body measurements, obtained through our convenient online 3D body scanner. For accuracy, we suggest wearing snug attire like leggings, tank tops, or biker shorts. No app is needed; you can effortlessly measure yourself at home with an iPhone or Android, either on your own or with a friend's help.

WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?

We guarantee a precise fit in just one try, eliminating the need for extra fittings and alteration costs. Brides who visit our showroom can also enjoy complimentary minor alterations if needed.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES: a. Exchanges are only allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery. b. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. c. Exchanges are only applicable for products of the same value or higher. RETURN POLICY: a. We do not accept returns. All sales are final. b. In the case of damaged or defective items, please refer to our Warranty Policy. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE: a. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of delivery. b. Provide the order number, item details, and reason for exchange. c. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization code. d. Once you receive the return authorization code, securely package the item for return. EXCHANGE SHIPPING: a. Exchanges are free of charge within the specified 14-day period. b. We use FedEx Ground for all exchange shipments to ensure reliable and timely delivery. c. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return. Affix it to the package and drop it off at any FedEx Ground location. PROCESSING TIME: a. Once we receive your exchanged item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our exchange policy. b. The processing time for exchanges may vary depending on the availability of the desired item. c. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your exchange and provide an estimated timeline for shipment. EXCLUSIONS: a. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria or is damaged due to misuse or negligence. b. Undergarments, swimwear, and earrings are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective. WARRANTY POLICY: a. In the case of damaged or defective items, please refer to our separate Warranty Policy for information on returning or repairing the product.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER? Each gown is made to order for its unique bride with exceptional care, detail, and precision. Because of this, there is no universal size for any of our gowns, and they cannot be resold or repurposed. We are a waste and stockroom-free company and for these reasons returns and exchanges are not accepted.
