HOW DO I SEND MY MEASUREMENTS?

Your dress is tailored to your specific body measurements, obtained through our convenient online 3D body scanner. For accuracy, we suggest wearing snug attire like leggings, tank tops, or biker shorts. No app is needed; you can effortlessly measure yourself at home with an iPhone or Android, either on your own or with a friend's help.

WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?


We guarantee a precise fit in just one try, eliminating the need for extra fittings and alteration costs. Brides who visit our showroom can also enjoy complimentary minor alterations if needed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

When you buy your bridal gown online, you can expect them to be shipped within 8 weeks from the time we receive your order. For our Ready-to-Wear collection, we aim to ship all orders within 5 business days of receiving your order.
